Examination Guidelines

These general guidelines apply across Sri Sai Olympiads examinations. Schools will receive detailed, examination-specific instructions ahead of each examination date.

Before the Examination

  • Ensure all registered students have been entered correctly under the right competition and class/grade in the school dashboard.
  • Distribute any study or practice materials provided by the foundation to participating students.
  • Confirm the examination date, time, and venue communicated for your school.

On the Day of the Examination

  • Students should arrive at the venue ahead of the scheduled reporting time.
  • Students should carry their school ID or a note of introduction from their school, where required.
  • For the Handwriting Contest, students should write only in the language declared at registration (English, Tamil, or Hindi).
  • For the Drawing Contest, materials required will be communicated in advance; students should bring their own drawing/colouring materials unless stated otherwise.
  • For the Innovative Talent Contest, any props or materials needed for the showcase should be arranged by the student in advance, as communicated by the school.

Conduct

Students are expected to complete the examination independently and follow the instructions of the invigilating staff. Any form of malpractice may result in disqualification from that examination.

Results

Results and awards are announced as per the examination schedule, in line with the official rules and award criteria for that season.
