Refund Policy

This policy covers examination fees paid for Sri Sai Olympiads registrations. It should be read alongside the official examination circular for the current season, which takes precedence in case of any difference.

General Policy

Examination fees are collected to cover the cost of conducting the Olympiad examinations, including materials, evaluation, and awards, and are generally non-refundable once a student has been registered for an examination.

Examination Cancelled by the Foundation

If Sri Sai Foundation cancels an examination and is unable to reschedule it within a reasonable period, schools will be offered a refund or an adjustment of the fee towards a future examination, at the foundation's discretion.

Student Unable to Appear

Where a registered student is unable to appear for an examination, the fee already paid is generally not refunded, as costs such as materials and administration have already been incurred. Schools may raise exceptional circumstances with our team for consideration.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests, where applicable under this policy, should be raised by the registering school through the Contact Us page, quoting the school username and the relevant competition.
